Privacy policy

last updated 22 Aug 2026

The short version: this site collects only what is needed to answer your enquiry. No mailing lists, and nothing sold on to third parties.

What we collect

• Through the contact form — your name (or whatever you would like to be called), a way to reply to you (Telegram or email), and the message itself. You enter all of it yourself.
• Technical details — the country your request came from and the language of the interface, so we understand the context of the enquiry.

Why we collect it

The only purpose is to get back to you about the enquiry you sent and to discuss the job. None of it is used for marketing.

Where it goes

Submissions are delivered to a private Telegram chat belonging to the studio. The site runs on Cloudflare Pages and the form is handled by Cloudflare Workers; these services act as processors and have privacy policies of their own.

How long we keep it

Correspondence about an enquiry is kept while the conversation is active, and is deleted whenever you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to hi@constanta.tech or message @andrinov_kos — we handle it within a working week.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is the interface language you picked, and it is never sent anywhere.
